本課程指在向外國籍學生介紹中華文化豐富的內涵，建立其對中華文化的基本知識，並進一步引發其學習興趣和熱忱，為其奠定往後融入華人社會與文化的基礎，並達到豐富文化涵養及拓展國際視野的目的。
This course introduces the rich connotations of Chinese culture to foreign students, builds their basic knowledge of Chinese culture, and further arouses their interest and enthusiasm for learning, laying the foundation for their future integration into Chinese society and culture, and achieving cultural enrichment. The purpose of cultivating and expanding international horizons.
本課程乃針對台來學習的外籍生所規劃，內容包括傳統節慶、傳統藝術、生活習俗和宗教信仰等方面，除教師於課堂上講授相關知識，亦會配合課程安排課室活動，如：剪紙、春聯寫作、猜燈謎等等，使外籍生透過實地參與，真實感受和認識華人的文化與思想。
This course is designed for foreign students studying in Taiwan. The content includes traditional festivals, traditional arts, living customs and religious beliefs. In addition to teachers teaching relevant knowledge in class, they will also arrange classroom activities in conjunction with the course, such as: paper-cutting, Spring couplet writing, lantern riddle guessing, etc. allow foreign students to truly feel and understand Chinese culture and ideas through on-the-spot participation.
