This course builds on Freshman English 1 and is designed to help students improve their general and academic English skills. The course encompasses reading comprehension, writing skills, speaking skills, and listening comprehension. The course also aims to help the students acquire specialized vocabulary related to Buddhism and Buddhist Studies, and to become more familiar with Buddhism in English-speaking countries and communities.
